UCSD Application Information Update (Formerly Supplemental Review Questionnaire)
Sounds like UC San Diego is starting to send out requests for supplemental/additional information (used to be “Supplemental Review Questionnaire”). Read on for general advice and how to get more help.

UC San Diego appears to be using similar questions as last year: one about pre-college programs (“educational preparation programs” on the UC Application), one about community-based organizations (the example organizations given for this question all fall under “educational preparation programs” on the UC Application), and one specific to the information in your application (this year, so far, I have seen one about “personal circumstances” and one about “extraordinary achievement”; last year I also saw one about “non-traditional school”). Make sure you take the time to carefully think through and respond to the questions. This is likely the final piece of information UCSD needs to make the admission decision.

Please check your junk/spam folder for my reply. Keep in mind that the free guideline will be somewhat general in nature, since how you answer the questions will largely depend on your personal situation.
