UC Information Center
The UC Information Center is a treasure trove of UC admission stats, fully equipped with impressive graphical representation tools to make the information easier to interpret. Below is a summary of what you can find on there (I only included the data sets that would be of the most interest to prospective freshman and transfer applicants, and their parents; but there is a ton of data in the Information Center that would make interesting leisure reading material).
Freshman Admission Data
Remember that you may hover your mouse over the fancy graphical display to get additional textual information. I should mention that that the GPA data shown in the tables/dashboards is always capped, which is not very useful (most UCs use uncapped GPA for admission evaluation).
The Admissions by source school data table shows the number of applicants, number of admits, and number of enrollees from different high schools to each UC campus or systemwide based on different characteristics (by high school, ethnicity, gender, or GPA). You can look at data going back almost 30 years. Choose the UC campus for which you want to see the data, and locate the data for your high school by using the “Search for a school” box.
The Freshman fall admissions summary dashboard displays a plethora of admission information. For example, you can see admit rates by school type (public, private, out-of-state, and international) and yield rate by residency (California, out-of-state, international).

Transfer Admission Data
Remember that you may hover your mouse over the fancy graphical display to get additional textual information.
The Transfers by Major data table shows the number of applicants, number of admits, admit GPA range, and admit rate by UC campus and major. You can look at data going back to 2012. Choose the UC campus for which you want to see the data, and look at data for all of the majors or use “Search for major name” to find a specific major.
The Transfer fall admissions summary dashboard displays a plethora of admission information. One great thing about this data is that you can separate out the information between California community colleges and “other” colleges (“other” includes UC, CSU, four-year colleges, out-of-state community colleges, and international four-year or two-year colleges).
The California Community College new enrollments at UC dashboard gives you the option to look at how your fellow community college peers are faring in the UC admissions process. Choose the community college you are attending (or considering to attend) to see the number of students from that community college admitted to each UC campus and systemwide. You can also see how the admission trends shifted over the past 20+ years.
