My attorney just had to do a copyright takedown on YouTube of someone who made a video, essentially reading from one of my blog posts, without permission or attribution. This is a reminder to everyone that all content on this website and all digital goods sold through this website are copyrighted. I am a company and I own the copyright on all content I generate. If you wish to use my content, you must make a request in writing to (a licensing fee will be imposed for commercial use). The copyright notice is in the footer of every webpage on my site and on all digital goods sold through my site.

Good for you. But, too bad one must be so diligent (and reduced to posting legalese notices on such a positive and helpful, content rich newsletter).
